Zoku Quick Pop Maker Giveaway

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – scroll down to the bottom to see who won!***

Remember our recipe for Paleta de Papaya y Coco? A Chica Bakes used a genius gadget to mold and freeze those paletas.

If you are familiar with the Zoku Quick Pop Maker, then you already know that you can make fresh popsicles in about ten minutes. They literally freeze as you watch.

Today Zoku is sponsoring a giveaway to one lucky Muy Bueno reader who will walk away with their very own quick pop maker.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this prize is! We have been playing with it the moment it was delivered to our doorstop.

Check out Zoku on Facebook and on the Zoku blog.

SandiaHorchata, and Jamaica paletas (popsicles) pictured above. All you have to do is follow our agua recipes to make these refreshing paletas.

Just a quick note about making horchata paletas — the rice puree has the tendency to settle. However, the beauty of using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker is that it freezes quickly and the rice has no time to sink, therefore making the perfect horchata paleta. If you want to make your horchata paleta creamier then you may want to add some milk.

Random.org has chosen our winner and she is… Amy (I’ve been wanting a Zoku Quick Pop for quite a while already! I would be dying to create a Meyer Lemon, strawberry with banana chunks pop! Hm….what a yummy combination. I’m drooling just thinking about how pretty and delicious it will look and taste.)

Thank you all for your yummy comments.  We enjoyed reading them!
