Caprese Salad and Prosciutto Wrap
This easy lunch wrap features slices of fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with the addition of prosciutto. All wrapped up in a wheat tortilla - a filling and hearty meal.

Ingredients

whole wheat tortillas
Prosciutto ham
fresh mozzarella cheese

sliced

tomato

sliced
basil leaves
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Layer slices of prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and tomato on tortilla.
Add basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with kosher salt and pepper.
Fold the tortilla in thirds and serve.
Notes
For a meatless version, leave out the ham and/or add some coconut bacon.
