These cocktails were inspired by Natalie Portman’s performance in “The Black Swan” as a relentlessly driven ballet dancer whose obsession with perfection warps her mind. The White Swan, with its fresh orange juice and sparkling champagne, embraces grace and innocence, while the Black Swan captures the darker and more sensual personality with its intoxicating combination of Chambord, a black raspberry liqueur and vodka.
