Ingredients
Chamomile Tea (Té de Manzanilla):

tablespoon
dried chamomile flowers or a chamomile tea pouch
3
cups
water
Honey
Cinnamon Tea (Té de Canela):
6
cups
water

Mexican cinnamon stick

Honey to taste
Instructions
Chamomile Tea (Té de Manzanilla):
Bring 3 cups water to a boil, pour in the chamomile, cover and let steep 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
Add honey to taste.
Cinnamon Tea (Té de Canela):
Place water and cinnamon in a medium-sized sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let boil for approximately 3 to 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Let steep for an additional 30 minutes, or to taste based on strength desired. Add honey to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
Sweeten with the sweetener of your choice or drink unsweetened. Honey is just my favorite.
