Sandia Burro (Watermelon Mexican Mule)
In this Moscow Mule-inspired cocktail I substituted traditional vodka for tequila. I call it a “Mexican Burro.” It’s a burro...not a mule. This is a flavorful, Mexican spin on the Moscow Mule. It’s spicy, sweet, and screams
ajua
.
