Caprese Salad and Prosciutto Wrap + Giveaway
Where did the summer go? This weekend we were busy buying school supplies and going through the kids closets and drawers making a list of outgrown clothes to replace. Thankfully the one thing I didn’t have to purchase this year was new school lunch bags. PackIt sent my kids spanking new lunch bags with their choice of pattern.
I partnered with PackIt and now you can also have the opportunity to own an insulated bag. These freezable bags work just like a refrigerator on the go, chilling food and drinks up to 10 hours. The secret is the cooler’s freezable gel liner. Once the bag is frozen, its walls generate waves of cold air that chill your food and drinks from all sides. These bags will be perfect for my kids lunches.
Since summer is technically not over, and there is an abundance of tomatoes, we have been eating lots of caprese salads, which gave me the idea of this easy lunch. Slices of fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with the addition of prosciutto in a wheat tortilla are filling and hearty.
PackIt is giving away $100 in shopping credit to ONE winner. To enter, simply visit PackIt‘s website and leave a comment below telling me your favorite bag and pattern and how you plan to use it!
Entries must be posted by this Friday, August 14, and one winner will be chosen at random. Good luck!

I like the Freezable Grocery Bags. I drive 30 mins to our club store and would love to have these cold bags to keep dairy and other cold purchases fresh. My ice cream wouldn’t melt! I really like the pretty black & white pattern. Couldn’t find a name for the pattern but it’s the only B&W one in this category.
I love the freezable carryall with the fun print with the guitars! My daughter would LOVE it for back to schoool – and I might use it myself! Thank you for the wonderful giveaway.

My favorite bag is the Freezable Carryall Lunch bag and love the Ziggy navy with poka dots. I know I would use it everyday to carry my lunch. Absolutely love the freezable feature and that it is big enough for me to hold everything in just one bag. thanks for hosting the giveaway and introducing me to their products.

I like the pink one with different colors of figures on it. I plan to use it on a daily basis in my truck to have some cold water bottles to drink.

The black and gray stripe for hubby on the job would also be great.
I like the black carryall bag. Fits large containers. Thank you for the opportunity.
My favorite design is the original lunch bag – in black (or blue). The reason I chose this is that it would be wonderful for keeping things cool while we are out guiding pictograph tours at Hueco Tanks State Park & Historic Site, where we volunteer. We could easily keep our snacks and water cool in our backpacks with this bag.
I like the black lunch bag. Many times, my son and I will go out for lunch before going to the grocery store and I always have a take home box. This would be great to keep that food in until I get home, especially in the summer months. I love the black grocery bag. It would be awesome for trips to the grocery store for icecream or frozen foods.
I love the uptown vine and would use it to pack my lunch everyday.
I freezable carryall lunch bag is exactly what I’ve been looking for my kids!

I love the uptown bag in vine. I’d finally(!!!) retire my canvas lunch bad and rejoice!
No more spill drips!
I pretty much could find a use for any of the bags! I especially love the uptown bag in Bloom. My son uses the lunch bag in camo and seems to really like it!
This would be a delicious lunch to pack for my daughter. She would love it in the Saturday style mini lunch bag. 🙂
I’d love the Deluxe Lunch Bag in Ziggy for my lunches! I work in the public schools, and this would be fabulous!
My daughter would love the lunch bag in the floral print! Very smart design.
