Are you hosting a holiday get together, but don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen? Then you need to hop on the charcuterie [shahr-koo-tuh–ree] board train and make a pretty platter of your favorite fruits, cheeses, spreads, and meats.

Serve with crackers, crostini’s, and wine and you have a fancy meal. You might remember this Bruschetta Party Platter I have shared before.

I promise you it will be the hit of the fiesta and it’s stress-free entertaining.

My friend’s Karen and Christina styled this charcuterie board for our Friendsgiving Tamalada and they did an amazing job! Doesn’t it look like a piece of art?

Below are some of my favorite ingredients, but feel free to display your favorites.
